Mr. Vishnu Sontakke, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has done his Masters in Commerce from (R.T.M.N.U.) Nagpur University. He has 38 years of experience in accounting practices. He has working knowledge in Excise related filings and maintenance of records, Custom related documentation, Service tax, TDS, VAT etc. At present, he looks after the overall financial, accounting, taxation and other statutory matters related to Our Company.
Mr. Aditya Vinod Kokil is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.He has qualified the Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, and holds associate membership of the same. He is a Commerce graduate and a Law graduate from Pune University. At present, he looks after the overall corporate secretarial matters, the Corporate Compliance Program and other statutory matters of our Company.
