Mr. Vishnu Sontakke, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has done his Masters in Commerce from (R.T.M.N.U.) Nagpur University. He has 38 years of experience in accounting practices. He has working knowledge in Excise related filings and maintenance of records, Custom related documentation, Service tax, TDS, VAT etc. At present, he looks after the overall financial, accounting, taxation and other statutory matters related to Our Company.
Ms. Fauziya Fazal Siddiquee is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Ms. Fauziya Fazal Siddiquee, is a Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She possess comprehensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliances. She has worked extensively with listed companies, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
